MS 150

Once again the year moving too fast and the MS ride is upon us. As our choice for donating it is always a joy to take part. The best part of the ride is to see the ones that we are out there for. The ones who fight this disease all their lives. I've heard some say that they equate the pain on the bike with that of those with MS. Humbly, I think we have NO idea what they go through. This is a great cause that I think is worth putting a lot of effort into. They put on a wonderfull ride every year and really do appreciate all of us and whatever we can give.

Most importantly, be careful out there when you ride. Many haven't been trained to ride in a group or at all and you have to keep your eyes open for them.
